If RackXpress makes changes to any terms or conditions of the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we will disclose it. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time. If we change the way we use you[r] personally identifiable information we will notify you via electronic mail and you will have the option to "opt-out" of that new use. Opt-out of Communication
We may from time to time send you e-mail or other communications regarding special promotions. You may "opt-out," or unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any e-mail you receive from us, or by sending an e-mail to service@rackxpress.com. Periodically, we send out newsletter via e-mail. If you did not subscribe during account sign up, none will be sent to you. If you subscribed but later changed your mind, you may cancel your subscription from your account management screen.

Cookies
We use cookies to help identify you when you visit our store and to customize your experience. The cookies make your use of the site easier, allow you to retrieve an earlier shopping cart, make the site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure site. You will be able to shop on our site without your browser set to accept cookies. Cookies are not linked to personally identifiable information.

At RackXpress you can be assured that your personal and account information is secure, consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. Our secure servers protect the information using advanced firewall technology and 256 bit SSL encryption. The encryption guarantees your privacy during the checkout process. Similarly, the encryption provides privacy when you access your account information on our secure server.

Credit Card
We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You are required to provide your credit card information with each purchase. Our system only acts a secure gateway to the financial institutions that authorize and process payments for all transactions. All transmissions to financial institutions are encrypted using the 256 bit SSL encryption mentioned under security.

Legal Disclaimer
Occasionally RackXpress may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. RackXpress fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

User Registration
Registration is not required when visiting the gallery. It is required in order to make a purchase. Access to account requires user e-mail and password. When password is lost or forgotten, user can request a temporary one via e-mail in order to access the account. The user registration form can be viewed at: User Registration.

Third Parties
The information collected by RackXpress is used only for the limited purposes of processing orders and keeping you informed about their status. Some items are shipped directly from manufacturers or their authorized distributors. In order for the shipment to be completed, we must provide your name and shipping address to the shipper. Other than that purpose, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties under any circumstances.
