We also accept payment by check or money order. Orders paid with check or money order will not ship until the payment has cleared the bank.

Yes we offer terms on a case by case basis. Customers requesting terms are required to complete credit applications.

3. Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes we accept POs that have payment information - i.e. Visa, Mastercard, AmEx etc. We offer PO terms only to pre-approved customers.

4. How long do you normally take to ship out an order?
We make our best effort to ship out the same day orders are received. Orders received before 4:00PM EST in most cases will ship out the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped out the next business day.

5. Do you stock all the items you have on your site?
We stock few basic essential items. Most of the items that we carry are shipped directly from our manufacturers and distributors directly to our customers. Shipping directly to our customers does not increase shipping costs and delivery time.

6. Why did my order not ship the same day it was placed?
We try as much as possible to ship out orders the same day they are received. Some items could take longer to ship because of the processing time required by the manufacturer.
Priorty is usually given to urgent or rush orders.

7. Can you ship to a APO/FPO address?

8. Do you offer international shipping?
